serves 4 Marinade: 1 T. Yakon Syrup (1 T. Agave Nectar, if not available) 1 T. Agave Nectar 2 1/2 T. of Brine (Brine is concentrated Pink, Celtic or Sea Salt absorbed in to water. Let salt sit in water until absorbed then take out water, leaving remaining salt) 2 pinches of Cayenne 1 t. ground Cumin 1/2 clove minced Garlic. Mix very well. 1/2 C. raw Almond Meal 1/2 t. Pink, Celtic or Sea Salt (Put less if you don't like it too salty and then more if you need to) Pinch of cumin Mix well ~Coat mushroom steaks in topping
